Human Resources Manager

Human resource management fundamentally involves the basic process of recruitment, hiring, training, promotion, and retention of a company's most important asset, its employees. The HR Manager coordinates activities such as; ensuring compliance with corporate governance (Industrial/Employee Relations); advising Managers on counseling employees regarding performance issues; liaising with other support functions such as Payroll and advising staff on HR policy.

Human Resources Managers often commence their careers as Human Resources Assistants or Human Resources Associates where they may have responsibility for sections of an organisations human resources processes.
